日本の文化における「間（ま）」について英語で説明するのは難しそうですね。
「空白」「余白」「間の取り方」「タイミング」といった様々な意味合いがありますが、英語でどう説明するのでしょうか。
そもそも日本語でも説明しきれない概念のようなものだと思います。

日本語でもですが、あえて「”間”について説明しない」という”間”があるような気もします。
